5 Fast Food Hacks For Healthier Eating

In our fast-paced world today, it can be very hard to eat home-cooked meals without dedicating some time towards doing so.
I remember working in the rental car industry in California, where we would spend hours working non-stop servicing customers with little to no breaks in between.
At that job, it was quite common that donuts and pizza would show up.
Think about eating a few donuts or a pizza and having to run around grabbing rental cars, sweating out all that grease during that summertime California weather.
This is not the ideal human experience for most people… we’ve got to account for some outliers. ;)
Now, I could’ve gone the meal prep route, where I prepped for the entire week and brought the food.
However, nothing is as satisfying as a fresh meal after running around all day.
So I had to figure out how I could eat healthy on-the-go… and so, I focused on finding ways to eat on the days where I was severely limited on time.
And I found a way that worked for me during this time.
