It’s been a while since I’ve wrote on here about living a more active lifestyle to battle depression and anxiety.

A lot has been going on with my life: from career changes, to finding my significant other, and many other things going on in life.

Some amazing wins.

And a lot of struggle along the way.

The struggles are always on the forefront of the mind that we need to sometimes remind ourselves of the good stuff.

Of our wins.

I’ll share many of these with you in the future…

Regardless, there has been one thing that continues to stay constant in my weekly routine.

The one thing that continues to show me growth and transformation, despite the constant struggle... on a very small level.

What I call the analogy to life itself: exercise.
