In Just 60 Days, He Improved His Mental Health Dramatically.
My buddy Chris stays winning.
If you saw our previous story on his journey, you know that exercise has been improving his mental health daily.
Since December, Chris has been exercising consistently to manage his mental health and lose 150lbs.
So far, he’s lost 9lbs, and I truly believe now he will see a more consistent rate of weight loss.
Here’s how I’ve been coaching him:
- I’ve been focusing on setting a foundation for better habits. Chris has made weekly adjustments to his exercise and diet.
- To move slow. Great things happen with patience and consistency. When dealing with depression or anxiety, we need to take things even SLOWER than typical.
- Every better decision is a win. If you dropped your daily soda intake of 3 cans to 1 can, that is a WIN. If you opted for 15 minutes of exercise compared to none, that is a WIN.
These types of things come with action.
And when you start to BELIEVE that you can change your body and mind as a result of some small steps, you can then take MASSIVE action.
