We Started A Mood LIFTing Movement
These past few months, I have been focusing on providing value to our community through short clips (Tik Tok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels).
Because of this, one of my elementary school friends got in contact with me about his journey.
He was nearing 600lbs, and because of some of the stuff I’ve posted, it’s been helping him. He had nearly lost 100lbs as a result.
During this time, I was helping a business acquaintance of mine, Chris, who is a veteran dealing with PTSD.
So I sat down with both of them separately.
And then I had a lightbulb moment.
From there, our group, The Mood Lifters, was formed.
Every Friday, we sit down weekly to talk about our fitness journey and the challenges we currently face.
This show is done live on our Facebook Group.
After the live, I make edits to it and turn it into a video and a podcast episode.
We are six episodes in and we would love to have you on the same journey as us.
